So, what do we need to know?
Any dietary requirements:
This is top of the list – and so very important. We need the dietary requirements not only for the individual you’re ordering for but also people that live with them.
Our menu is extensive and has chicken, fish, red meat, vegetarian and vegan options. This generally covers a lot of our client’s dietary needs, but we also have a comments box on the order form for you to let us know of any other specific requirements.
We want to make sure that when you order for someone else, they are getting the types of food they enjoy. What meat do they prefer? Do they like spicy food? Would they rather have a dish with mash potato as a side instead of rice?
Food is a great way of getting to know someone and we would hate for anyone to be disappointed because we aren’t Filling Their Fridge to their taste.
If you’re uncertain about what to choose, why not look at getting them a gift card? These can be bought through our website and redeemed when placing an order. A gift card is often a win-win, as your loved one can still enjoy a selection of our evening meals but can choose the dishes themselves.
We deliver our Fill Your Fridge evening meals between NN1 – NN5 (contact us if it’s a postcode outside of the Northampton area). When ordering for someone else, simply click the ‘ship to a different address’ option on the ordering page on our website.
I’ve ordered for someone else. What do I need to do now?
Make sure they are home when we deliver:
We deliver on a Monday evening between 6.00pm and 9.00 pm. We appreciate this can be difficult to do if it’s a surprise, but it’s really important as our meals need to be popped straight into the fridge to ensure quality and taste. Mayne there is someone else in the house who can help keep the surprise.
We also message our clients when they are our next delivery – so remember to add their number to our order notes box so we can let them know that their Fill Your Fridge is on its way.
Send over the storage and heating instructions:
Each of our evening meals comes with instructions on how best to retain the taste and quality. These will be emailed over to the person who places the order – so you will then need to make sure that whoever you are ordering for receives this information.
